Whilst we want to make your booking as easy as possible  T&C's are in place to protect us and those booking with us.

A none refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your requested holiday dates.

your deposit will act as your security bond during your holiday and will be refunded within 48hrs of your departure ,providing the caravan/ lodge has been left in the same condition as it was prior to your arrival with no visible marks or damage

​

CHECK -IN - We use a key safe ,you will be given the code the evening before your holiday start date, we ask that you return the key to the key safe upon your departure

.you are  responsible for the keys during your stay, if they are lost , this will lead to a reduction in your security bond for a replacement key

​

ARRIVAL- Please do not arrive before your 2pm arrival time as you will be denied access ,as we have to allow for cleaning and to ensure everything is ready for your stay

​

DEPARTURE - is a prompt  10am  as our cleaner works to a very tight schedule and has many vans to clean.

If she can not gain access it will result in us being charged for the cleaner to make a second visit, we will have to pass the expense on and deduct it from your security bond.

​

Our cleaner will record and take photo evidence of any mess or Damage she may find, and any additional cleaning due to excess mess and damage will result in the loss of your security deposit.

​

If anything is damaged during your stay please contact us immediately so that we can arrange repair before our next guests

.We are fair and understand that accidents do happen

​

We pride ourselves on first impression's and cleanliness of our holiday homes, please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything unsatisfactory about the Holiday Home upon your arrival

​

We have had a incident with a duvet that had a heavily staining of Make-up on it, it wasn't reported, hence it reflected in a deduction being taken out of the guests security bond to replace the Duvet.

​

All our Holiday Homes are inspected and maintained to a very high standard.

   

In order to do this we do ask that you remove all outdoor shoes; this not only preserves the carpets, but makes a clean environment to enable your children to play on the floors.

​

​

Rubbish not to be left out side the caravan as the Gulls will make a mess.

​

PARKING

All our holiday homes have a private car parking place , please respect this and do not park another car on the grass or in between the caravans

​

FELT TIP PENS.

Please supervise Children using felt tip pens to ensure there is no damage to the caravan.

​

BEACH/OUTDOOR TOYS ETC ,

Beach toys and outdoor toys to be kept outside under the caravan and not in the caravan. 

​

FISHING EQUIPMENT ETC.

Please keep these outside under  the caravan and not in the caravan.

​

DURING  YOUR HOLIDAY.

Keep the caravan clean and secure, you have the responsibility to leave the caravan in the same condition you first found it to be in upon  your arrival.

​

USE OF GAS & ELECTRICITY

These are provided free and are included in with the price of your holiday - to protect the environment please ensure you turn off the heating and lights when the caravan is unattended.

END OF YOUR HOLIDAY

Prior to vacating the caravan please can you ensure that there is no washing up left for the cleaner \ and all the surfaces and table has been wiped clean and the bins have been emptied (THIS AGAIN WILL RESULT IN A DEDUCTION FROM YOUR SECURITY BOND...........

REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN IF NOT USING OUR BED LINEN SERVICE.

TOWELS AND TEA-TOWEL.

ALL BEDS WILL HAVE MATRESS PROTECTERS ON FOR YOUR HYGIENE AND WE SUPPLY DUVETS AND PILLOWS.

As a owner/guest on any Haven Park you must be in acceptance of Havens park rules, which must be adhered by.

 

Our caravans can only be occupied by those named on the booking form, if in any case you have extra guests who are not accounted for then you will be asked to vacate with immediate effect.

 

 

PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE  OF YOUR BOOKING BUT CAN BE PURCHASED FROM RECEPTION ONCE YOU ARRIVE ON PARK.CAN PURCHASE THESE AT RECEPTION ON YOUR ARRIV
